Barbecue

A fixed grill on deck, usually at the flybridge or aft.

A fitted barbecue is a small feature that says a lot about how a boat is used: it belongs to yachts that spend evenings at anchor rather than alongside a restaurant. Electric grills are the norm on yachts with generators; gas ones need a locker that drains overboard and are rarer on larger boats for that reason.
